• For partners specialized in banking business, more than two long-term stable clients that are the branches of city-level banks or above are required; for partners engaged in international business, more than three long-term stable clients that belong to Top 500 Companies or large foreign trade enterprises are required; for partners specialized in securities listing business, experience of IPO and signature of more than two stocks approved by the CSRC is required;
• Served as a partner or senior executive of a large law firm;
• A business volume of no less than RMB 1.5 million/year over the past three years, and good customer resources and government relations;
• Excellent team management ability, communication skills and ability to look from a bigger picture;
• Identify with the integrated, professional and salary-based development strategy, obey and accept the unified management of the Board of Directors.

 Legal Services.

Have lawyer practicing qualification; qualification in other regions or countries would be an asset;

At least three years of working experience as a full-time lawyer, and legal experience in companies concerning foreign investment, finance, real estate, funds, trust, securities and insurance, etc. would be an asset;

LLM or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities) ; overseas background is preferred;

Responsible for arranging the daily schedule of Chairman of the Board;

Responsible for preparing, recording and collating minutes of major meetings of the law firm;

Responsible for the management, classification, collation, filing and storage of   

all kinds of documents of the Chairman;

Responsible for delivering all instructions and arrangements to all departments and supervising their implementation ;

Complete other relevant work assigned by the Chairman.

Bachelor degree or above in English, Management, Laws (unified enrollment; first-tier universities), at least three years of relevant working experience; or fresh graduates with master degree in the above majors (unified enrollment; first-tier universities);

Responsible for writing and publishing of all kinds of copywriting and news, etc;

Responsible for updating the latest news, events and information in vocation;

Cooperate with the website or graphic design, timely update and reprint articles so as to increase the views and expand the influence of websites and brands.

A bachelor degree or above in Journalism (unified enrollment);

Strong content creation and written skills and active creative competence;

Long-term use of mainstream social softwares such as Weibo and Wechat, thus being very sensitive to hotspots, focus and trending topics.

Responsible for photography, video shooting and post-production editing of various training, conferences and events, etc.

A bachelor or above degree in Photography, Radio and Television Programming and other relevant discipline;

Proficient in camera skills, skilled in controlling various types of camera; good composition feeling and a sharp perspective; good knowledge of visual arts; able to complete the scene shooting on various occasions independently;

Good command of premiere, photoshop, dps and other editing softwares for post processing of photos and videos;

Photography and video shooting experience in medium and large-sized conferences and events is required; personal works shall be provided when applying.
