This project was a special land reserve bond project issued in 2018 as led by Chongqing Finance Bureau, subject to approval by Chongqing Municipal People's Government, with an issuing amount of RMB 9.3 billion, in order to support Chongqing's economic and social development. In this project, ZHH, as the special legal consultant of Chongqing Finance Bureau, provided full legal services for this project, including reviewing bonds issuance-related legal documents, verifying the basic information and its surveying, sources of debt repayment funds, intermediaries and related reports, verifying on-site land storage involved in bond issuance, and producing legal opinions for the issuance of bond.
