Business development and team management.

• LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities) , overseas background and a J.D. degree are preferred;
• Under 50, at least 5 years of practice experience as a lawyer, good at legal services in finance, private equity, international business and company listing，etc;
• For partners specialized in banking business, more than two long-term stable clients that are the branches of city-level banks or above are required; for partners engaged in international business, more than three long-term stable clients that belong to Top 500 Companies or large foreign trade enterprises are required; for partners specialized in securities listing business, experience of IPO and signature of more than two stocks approved by the CSRC is required;
• Served as a partner or senior executive of a large law firm;
• A business volume of no less than RMB 1.5 million/year over the past three years, and good customer resources and government relations;
• Excellent team management ability, communication skills and ability to look from a bigger picture;
• Identify with the integrated, professional and salary-based development strategy, obey and accept the unified management of the Board of Directors.

 Legal Services.

LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities); overseas background and a J.D. degree are preferred;

Have lawyer practicing qualification; qualification in other regions or countries would be an asset;

At least three years of working experience as a full-time lawyer, and legal experience in companies concerning foreign investment, finance, real estate, funds, trust, securities and insurance, etc. would be an asset;

Strong written skills and fluency in oral and written English/Japanese/French are preferred;

Identify with the integrated, professional concept and management mode.

Assist lawyers to work.

LLM or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities) ; overseas background is preferred;

alification Certificate (Type A);

Have relevant working experience or internship experience;

Good verbal communication skills and strong written skills.

Administration.

Bachelor or above degree in Administration (unified enrollment) ; overseas background is preferred;

At least five years of relevant working experience, or at least three years of administration experience in large enterprises;

Good written skills, strong execution; able to work under high pressure;

Honest and reliable; good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination capacity, communication skills and strong ability to solve complicated problems.
