She participated in many influential cases, and provided legal services to well-known companies such as Pilatus Aircraft, ChangAn Ford, and Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Group) Co., Ltd.
In terms of non-litigation, she has participated in many influential foreign-related projects such as the overseas investment project of Liangjiang Fund, and the formation of YUXINOU (Chongqing) Logistics Co., Ltd, and has provided cross-border investment and financing services for many foreign-funded, state-owned and private enterprises. In terms of dispute resolution, Ms. Wen has extensive experience of appearing in court and has acted as an attorney at law for numerous cases about trade, finance and corporate. She is proficient in using English to participate in foreign-related litigation and arbitration trials, and has mature and robust defense skills and professional expertise.
Ms. Wen actively participates in exchanging foreign-related business experience in the industry, and keeps good communication and contact with many foreign law firms and foreign lawyers during cooperation. Ms. Wen is familiar with corporate operation and business management. She participated in the authoring of Using Cases to Interpret Legal Knowledge and Risks of Managing Non-Public Enterprises.
