Mr. Zhang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in law, and obtained a master's degree in civil and commercial law from Guizhou University Law School in 2004. From 1991 to 2005, he held a job of trial in the Intermediate People's Court of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. Mr. Zhang has abundant practical experience in main trial practice departments such as criminal division, civil and commercial division, docketing, enforcement, trial supervision, and legal policy research. As a trial practice backbone at the provincial and municipal levels, he undertook many significant tricky cases that are influential in and outside the province, winning commendations and given awards from the provincial and municipal courts and the CPC Guiyang Municipal Committee, and developed rich experience in judicial practice. Mr. Zhang started his career as a lawyer in 2006. Thereafter, he provided high-quality legal services such as commercial litigation agency services, legal counsel services, non-litigation dedicated services, due diligence, and equity M&A in the following sectors: civil and commercial litigation, corporate governance and legal risk prevention, legal policy review, legal risk evaluation and countermeasures formulation, finance, investment and financing, and mineral resources integration.
Over the years, Mr. Zhang has kept providing legal services to many domestic financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, listed companies and large private enterprises, including China Construction Bank, ICBC, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Bank of Communications, China Development Bank, China Minsheng Bank, CRRC, China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Mobile Limited, China Guodian Corporation, South Huiton Co., Ltd., Youdey Group, and Anda Inc.
