Ms. Qing had worked in a trust company for nine years, and after resigning from the trust company and joining ZHH in 2007, she specializes in legal services related to commercial affairs such as finance, PE, and securities.
Ms. Qing has provided legal services to a number of banks, securities companies, insurance institutions and other financial institutions, and specialized in the legal services related to banks, PE investment funds and M&A based on rich experience in finance and capital markets, and has served as a legal counsel for banks, state-owned and PE investment institutions, and government platform companies.
Ms. Qing has also acted as an attorney at law in a large number of litigation and non-litigation cases in addition to the foregoing counsel service, including a large number of tricky cases worth hundreds of millions or even billions of RMB in the sectors of finance, real estate, M&A, and has undertaken various dedicated services. She is adept at using the laws flexibly to comprehensively meet customer needs, and was shortlisted for the Award of Outstanding Lawyers in Civil and Commercial Litigation of Chongqing in 2016.
With respect to PE funds, Ms. Qing is familiar with the operation model of the private fund business and various levels of laws and regulations; can lead the lawyer team to resolve actual problems for clients, help the clients design the transaction structure, and is very trustworthy to the clients. The legal services provided to the clients include: issuing legal opinions for the fund manager, conducting due diligence for an investment project, project negotiation, setting a transaction structure, reviewing transaction documents, and meeting regulatory requirements, etc. Ms. Qing has provided PE legal services to nearly 30 companies, including Chongqing Yuzhong State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., and Sino-Singapore Connectivity Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. After accumulating a wealth of experience in practice, Ms. Qing and lawyer Hao Hongying co-authored the book Guidelines for the Legal Practice of Private Equity Investment Funds, which was acclaimed in the industry. Ms. Qing also explained to investors the legal compliance issues of PE investment when serving as a guest of the CCTV Securities Channel, and served as a keynote speaker to lecture the legal practice in PE investment in various seminars held by the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Chongqing Financial Office, Southwest University of Political Science & Law, Southwestern University of Finance & Economics, etc.
