Mr. Zheng worked in the public security system after graduating from university. Since the beginning of his career as a lawyer in 2007, by virtue of the meticulous and conscientious work habit formed in the public servant career and profound understanding of legal practice, he has been continuing in carrying out theoretical and practical research in the sectors of finance, corporate, and real estate, and has undertaken hundreds of litigation and non-litigation cases and developed rich experience in legal practice.
Mr. Zheng consecutively served as a legal counsel to tens of large enterprises including China Construction Bank Guizhou Branch, Bank of Communications Guizhou Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Guiyang Branch, New World Guiyang Hotel, Guiyang Vanke, and Southeast Guizhou Branch of China Mobile Limited, and provided legal services to large enterprises such as South Huiton Co., Ltd., HNA Group, Guizhou Construction Engineering Group, China Railway No.8 Engineering Group, and YoudeyGroup. He successfully provided professional legal services to significant non-litigation projects such as the acquisition conducted by South Huiton Co., Ltd. to acquire equity of Zhuhai Jianghehai Water Treatment Technology Co., Ltd., and the significant civil and commercial litigation cases such as the loan contract dispute lawsuit filed by China Construction Bank Guiyang Jingrui Sub-branch against Sichuan Coal Industry Group Limited Liability Company in the amount of more than RMB 700 million.The services were well acclaimed by clients.
