In the sector of infrastructure and real estate, Mr. Wu provided non-litigation legal services for state-owned enterprises such as central enterprises, provincial enterprises and municipal enterprises, and handled legal affairs in the stages of due diligence, transaction plan design, equity delivery, corporate governance and project development for the investment projects including real estate development projects and tourism investment projects.
In the sector of corporate and state-owned assets management, Mr. Wu provided non-litigation legal services related to transformation, restructuring, property rights transfer, investment decision-making, asset disposal, and corporate governance of provincial state-owned enterprises such as Sichuan Medicines Co., Ltd.
In the sector of project investment and financing laws, Mr. Wu provided non-litigation legal services related to investment and financing for the debt restructuring of Fu Quan Center of Sichuan Development of Asset Management Co., Ltd., and for other PPP projects carried out by provincial enterprises.
While providing the non-litigation legal service, Mr. Wu assisted clients in handling various litigation activities related to infrastructure and real estate, corporate and state-owned assets management, and project investment and financing, and handled equity transaction disputes, real estate development cooperation disputes, civil work construction contract disputes, commodity housesales contract disputes, etc.
