In 1988, he obtained the qualification of a lawyer with excellent test scores. He was trained in the National Senior Lawyer Training Class of the Ministry of Justice and is among the relatively earlier batch of senior lawyers in Chongqing.
Since 1989, he has worked as a lawyer and served as a director in state-run law firms and partnership law firms for more than 10 years. He has solid legal knowledge and rich practical experience, and has a deep understanding and a comprehensive grasp of Chinese laws and legal environment. Over the long-term lawyer career, he has developed unique pragmatic litigation and business strategies and high legal skills, and especially has insight into, and an acute sense of judgment and high capabilities of coordination and trade-off in the practice of commercial law.
