Mr. Jiang was once engaged in teaching in universities. After resigning, he joined ZHH as a lawyer and was thereafter promoted to a partner. From inception of the career, Mr. Jiang has attached great importance to combination of theory and judicial practice, and has successfully acted as an attorney at law in numerous cases related to finance, securities and corporate governance, and has developed rich experience in finance, securities and corporate.
Mr. Jiang has provided legal counsel service or litigation service to a number of large banks such as China Construction Bank Chongqing Branch, Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, China CITIC Bank Chongqing Branch, and China Bohai Bank Chongqing Branch, and has provided dedicated service in issuing financial products such as U.S. dollar bonds and RMB bonds for a number of Chongqing state-owned platform companies.
