Mr. Yuan had a 6-year tenure as a prosecutor in the procuratorate system of Shanghai. After becoming a lawyer and joining ZHH, he has provided legal services for many large companies, including retaining legal counsel, company incorporation, transaction structure design, project evaluation, debt collection, and IPR.
From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Yuan served as an assistant procurator of the Civil Administrative Inspection Section in Jinshan District People's Procuratorate of Shanghai, and specialized in the defense work in the civil and criminal cases and the supervision over peer administrative organs. During the tenure in the procuratorate, he undertook the main case handling tasks of the Section, acclaimed by the procuratorate system, and developed rich experience in handling civil and commercial cases.
In 2015, he became a practicing lawyer and thereafter has acted as an attorney at law in a wide range of civil and commercial cases and criminal cases. Since joining ZHH, Mr. Yuan has provided comprehensive legal services to a number of state-owned enterprises and large and medium-sized companies, for example, legal services related to company incorporation, equity transaction, project evaluation, legal counsel, debt collection, and IPR for the entities such as Chongqing XinHua Bookstore Group, Chongqing Cable TV Network Co., Ltd., Chongqing Radio and Television Information Network Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Yuzhong State-owned Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Shibati Culture Development Co., Ltd.
