Mr. Ren graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law in 2012 with a LL.M degree. After graduation, he held a job at NanAn District People's Court in Chongqing, and in 2013, he worked in Beijing Dentons (Chongqing) Law Firm. In September 2014, Mr. Ren joined ZHH (Chongqing Office), and specialized in legal services in the commercial field, such as company law, investment and M&A, bankruptcy reorganization, and labor law.
During the tenure in the NanAn District People's Court, he has developed extensive experience in litigation related to labor disputes and construction projects.
The track record of Mr. Ren includes: serving as a dedicated legal counsel for settling a debt dispute between Chongqing Port Logistics Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Tranvic Group in an amount of RMB 460 million, serving as a dedicated legal counsel for Chongqing Yulong Assets Sales Group Co., Ltd.with respect to a loan and acquisition dispute about Shanghai Chengkai Depu Company with the Chongqing First Construction Group Co., Ltd., serving as a dedicated legal counsel with respect to multiple acquisition projects under Chongqing Sincere Holding (Group) Co., Ltd, and settling the dispute between Chongqing Zhongxing Trading Company and Xiwu Company (this case undertaken by Mr. Ren was ranked among the "Top Ten Classic Civil and Commercial Litigation Cases 2016") awarded by Chongqing Bar Association. The total amount of the cases that Mr. Ren has undertaken is more than RMB 1.5 billion.
Since 2015, Mr. Ren has participated in a number of bankruptcy liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization projects, including: bankruptcy reorganization of Weidao Chongqing Company, bankruptcy reorganization of Chongqing Huacheng Hope Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Jiangjin District, bankruptcy reorganization of Tianlu Concrete Company, and bankruptcy reorganization of Chongqing Baiji Sixing Die Casting Co., Ltd. in Beibei District. Acting as an administrator on the site, Mr. Ren undertook the bankruptcy reorganization of two companies in Chongqing Longmenzhen International Tourism Resort. Mr. Ren has a wealth of experience in bankruptcy project management and reorganization.
