From December 1985 to September 2002, Mr. Wang served as the chief judge of the Economic Division and chief judge of the Second Civil Division, and a member of the Adjudication Committee of the Jiangbei District People's Court of Chongqing. He was engaged in civil and commercial trials and tried a large number of civil and commercial cases and financial disputes, and has developed rich experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution.

 

From October 2002 to September 2013, Mr. Wang served as a judge (chief judge) in the Chongqing Higher People's Court, engaged in administrative trials, tried a large number of administrative dispute litigation cases, drafted normative documents for trials, and developed a wealth of experience in administrative dispute resolution. From October 2013 to December 2014, Mr. Wang served as the deputy chief judge of the Administrative Division of Chongqing Third Intermediate People's Court and the deputy chief of staff of the State Compensation Commission. Mr. Wang Biwei is versed in the criteria and focus of attention for adjudicating civil and commercial disputes and administrative disputes, relevant laws and regulations, and the applicability of laws to dispute resolution.

 

Since January 2015, Mr. Wang has served as a partner in charge of the corporate department of ZHH, and has long provided governmental legal counsel service for administrative organs such as Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau, Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management, and Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Wang successfully undertook numerous litigation and non-litigation legal services such as the county-level land reserve bond issuance project in the amount of RMB 30 billion in Chongqing, the administrative reconsideration of Chongqing City Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and the contract dispute litigated by Chongqing Branch of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., and was acclaimed by clients.
