Mr. Ke graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, and joined ZHH in 2007. He behaves honestly, sincerely, and meticulously, and has skills in interpersonal dealings and coordination, good professional conduct and solid expertise base.
Over 11 years in his career, Mr. Ke is well versed in commercial law services with respect to finance, corporate, and Hong Kong cross-border business, and has provided legal services to many large banks as well as Fortune 500 companies and listed companies such as Citibank, HSBC, China Construction Bank, ICBC, Bank of Chongqing, Dah Chong Hong Holdings, Chongqing Zhongqi Xinan Auto Co.,Ltd., Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yufu Assets Management Group Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Huayang Industry Group Co., Ltd. He has handled a large number of litigation and non-litigation cases and has developed rich experience.
Mr. Ke has a broad vision and is frequently on business trips in Chongqing and Hong Kong. He often attends various forums such as the Ceremonial Opening of the Legal Year in Hong Kong and Boao Youth Forum for Asia (Hong Kong), and is familiar with Mainland China and Hong Kong legal service market. In cooperation with overseas peers, he has successfully acted as an attorney at law in many cross-border investment and financing projects such as IPO on Hong Kong stock exchanges, overseas loans under domestic guarantee, bond issuance, cross-border M&A. He can smoothly and efficiently communicate with lawyers in the two regions and provide one-stop legal services for clients in the two regions.
