In January 2017, Sichuan Weilan World Resort Development Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sichuan Urban & Rural Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd., proposed to purchase the shares of Ya'an Jingchang Hotel Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Ya'an Zhongxin Longcanggou Forest Park Development Co., Ltd. and jointly develop Longcanggou Forest Park.
As the legal service consultant of the acquirer, Sichuan Office of ZHH was fully involved in this project, mainly covering due diligence, document review, and business negotiation, etc. During this tourism project acquisition involving many legal issues such as forest park operation rights and development rights, ZHH's lawyers provided high-quality professional legal services that were unanimously recognized by the client and all other parties involved in this transaction.
